Similar to the SMS templates, you can save Email templates for efficiency. They work in a similar way to the SMS templates. When you create (or edit) a template, you will see the following window:

 As you will see from the window, the email template works very much like a word processor software. The Entity type, Description, Fields, and Template options are all identical to the SMS Templates.
