The 'Users' button will allow you to create (or edit) a profile for each staff member you will have that will be using kHold'em like floor staff, registration staff etc. You can choose your different groups and what rights each staff member will have by going to the User groups tab. This profile will then show up in the History section asthe person who completed a specific action. You will find the Users tab by clicking Configuration at the top of your kHold'em homescreen then clicking Users:

 

 

When you click into Users, you will see a list of all profiles that have been created on your database:

When you are creating a new (or editing a current User), you will see a window very similar to creating a new member's profile:
