The VIP Store is where players can use their earned points to purchase the different things you offer like cash, tournament tickets or merchandise.

 

On the left you will see the different categories of which the player can purchase and in the middle shows the different items in that category. You can add new categories by hitting the  button and you can add products to that category by hitting the  button.
