The 'General' tab will allow you to edit the general information of a campaign. Here you can change details such as the description of the campaign, start and finish times, and which rule is being used for this campaign.

 

You can create a number of levels VIP for example gold colour may be your highest level of VIP and red may be your lowest level of VIP. You can then set the VIP Store to only allow purchases of certain items for certain levels.
