In the settings tab of Edit Structure, you can change a number of the settings that are used on this tournament mainly to do with tickets that will be issued to a player and also the permissions that Check-In have.
The software can have multiple different style tickets saved for many different functions. You can select which ticket will be used for the different functions by clicking the corresponding dropdown menu for each one. These including:
- Subscription report - This is the ticket which the player will receive to direct them to their table and seat
- Rebuy/Addon report - This will be similar to the Subscription report but will be for when the player does a rebuy or addon
- Reservation report - This will be similar to the Subscription report but will be for when a player is in reservations
- Waiting report - If your tournament status is suspended, theis will create a waiting list and the player can receive a waiting list ticket with their details
- Payout report - This will give all details of the players payout
The bottom half of the Settings tab includes the permissions which can be given to the Check-In staff. These include:
- Allow table creation from check-in - If you wish for your check in staff to be able to create a new table in the software, then check this box
- Allow player out - If you wish for your check in staff to be able to bust a player from the tournament, then check this box
- Payment is required - This will ensure the check-in staff choose with method of payment the player will use
- Payment input manually - If this box is checked, the check-in staff can input a players payment manually
- Require verification on Cash payment - This will give an extra popup box which the Check-In staff will have to retype the amount of Cash a player paid to ensure everything is correct
