The General tab is the first window that will open once you click the Edit Structure button.

 

There ais a large number of fields displayed on the Gerenal tab. All will be explained in this table:

Field	Description
General settings:
Start date	Enter here the time and date at which the tournament will start
Type	This is the tournament format eg Texas Hold'em NL, Pot Limit Omaha etc
Currency	Which currency the buyin is
VIP Rule	You can choose how many points a player will earn for playing this tiournament to be used for rakeback etc
Description	This is the title of your tournament. This will appear on the tournament clocks and player registration tickets
No.	Many operators and poker rooms number their tournaments in chronological order. This is to simplifiy the schedule as there may be multiple of the same tournament eg satellites
Tags	Some operators will have different ways to find the table which the player will play on eg colours or different room names. Enter the corresponding tag here
League	Choose which league your tournament will fall under eg different stop of a poker tour or different season festival like Spring or Summer
Note	This is some useful information that will be  shown for the duration of the tournament such as duration of play etc
Subscription:
Kind	This dropdown menu relates to the amount of entries a player can have in this tournament and what will happen if a players makes it through the Day 1's with multiple stacks
Max entries	This is how many times a player can enter this particular tournament
Players per table	This is the default number of seats per table which a player could draw from
Cap	If your tournament has a maximum number of entries permitted, type that number here
Late reg.	This is the number of levels which a player can late register this tournament
Open on / Close on	These details will be displayed if you have a Tournament Billboard created
Satellite:
Satellite for	If this tournament is a satellite for a particular tournament, then choose the target tournament here
Table settings:
Table opening sequence	When the decision is made for the order that the new tables will open in this tournament, write that order here. If there is no order here, then the next highest number table will be opened by default
Player time request	When time is called on a player, type here the amount of time they will have to act. The default time is 30 seconds
Minimum free seats	When this number of free seats is hit, the software will automatically open a new table and register players accordingly
Assign random seat on registration	When this box is checked, the software will automatically randomly generate a seat for this player. If this box is unchecked, the player will be registered for the tournament without a seat
Unassigned seat has priority	When this box is checked, the software will ensure every single unique seat is sold before a seat is resold
